Welcome to Mom Tested, Kid Approved. As a single-mother of 3, there’s nothing worse than spending money on something for the kids, only to find out that they don’t like it. So I came up with this website to share my family’s experience with toys, books and other stuff that we all agree on. It’s not every day that your kids will agree with you about something, right? Hopefully we can help save you some time, money and aggravation by sharing some of the things that we like. And as the mother of a child with special needs, I also try to point out some of the items that have worked for our family. I have found that most of the time it is trial and error to find a toy that clicks with him, which of course can be costly. If I can save someone some money, then I’m thrilled to have helped.
