You may not think of a scanner when it comes to the family, but let me tell you how much this little scanner has made life easier for me. It helps me keep on top of everything I need for the kids, from school paperwork to health records, it’s all just a click away and my house is clutter free. Now what could be better than that.
My kids come home from elementary school every day with a folder full of papers. From finished homework, tests and drawings, by the end of the week I have a pile of paperwork for each of the kids. In the past I’ve put them in a big box until the end of the school year, at which time I go through and save some of the papers for the kids memory boxes. But with the Scan Snap, it is a piece of cake for me to save all of their paperwork.
I love the scanner because:
- It’s compact and easy to store when not in use.
- Can scan a pile of papers at one time. And, it can handle different paper sizes all mixed together.
- Can save to your computer, printer, email, etc.
- Great for scanning recipes saved from magazines, school work, report cards, warranty info, receipts, etc. You name, you can scan and save it.
My kids think it’s fun to use the ScanSnap Scanner and they are happy to know that I’m not throwing anything away. I like the scanner because it is easy to use and it helps keep my house organized. And when I’m organized, everything seems to run more smoothly for everyone!
